It is supposed to be next to the school were they cleared. As you have undoubtably noticed by now, thats all they have done, while the KSA owner (President) spends time in Tinian gambaling any investment he might of had, (away), then of course he will need to spend more time to aquire (Look for) new investores or investment, while he comes up with excusses to give the old investores.
