Why would a Maximum Security Cell need locks ?
Can anyone really believe this, an inmate who was placed in a Maximum-security prison cell, apparently walked out of its cell on Monday and escaped? How does one walked out of a prison complex let alone a maximum-security cell? I mean I figure at a minimum the doors would be locked from the inside and outside, to prevent prisoners from just strolling out. The frightening part of this ordeal is the fact the prison is located in the center of the Department of Police, Traffic division, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the count houses. Should someone notice a bright orange jump suit wearing person walking around all the way to Coral Ocean Point in Koblerville.
Once again I can’t stress enough of the fact you just can’t train monkeys to type. Please note I am not calling the local resident workers monkeys by any means. Just stating a fact you can’t force a company to hire local residents when THEY ARE NOT QUALIFIED for the position. I just don’t seem to get what the current government is trying to do. They are firing their own unqualified workers to save their budget why are they trying to force us to hire more local employees. And now they want us to train and promote them to management and supervisory position that is filled by QUALIFIED nonresident workers. I know we have a ice problem in the CNMI but.. am I the only person think this is retarded? On the above note, I bet if we had nonresidential police and security workers in our prisons system, be we wouldn’t have any maximum-security inmates walking out of our prisons.
Just a side note… going on record that the American Mediscience University (AMU) is a fucken SCAM. Its sad how a little bribe can turn a blind eye for the CNMI board of licensing, once again I feel I am the only person taking crazy pills on issues like this. On a more interesting note.. both of the CNMI state licensing board votes for AMU and Emmanuel College Vocational Nursing School was 3 to 1. Elain H. Orilla, Jose San Nicolas and Malua Peter votes to approve and Eloise Furey Abstained for Emmanuel, I like to see what the vote count was for AMU.
Dam .. what a bitchy day … I am just going to stop at this two.. not going to touch on the subject of potential fishing industry in SAIPAN.
Also has anyone heard about some Korean firm purchasing La Fiesta in the last week or so.
